Lifeguard Leadership Survey Now Available to Complete

We're interested in receiving feedback from our affiliates regarding the staff structure, roles, responsibilities, and training at their facilities, specifically related to lifeguarding positions (referred to as Senior Lifeguards within the survey for the sake of simplicity).

As such, we've developed a quick 10-question survey, and we encourage all of our affiliates to take part.

Questions include:

• "What steps must staff take to obtain a Senior Lifeguard position at your facility?"

• "If your facility does not have an established Senior Lifeguard position, what is the reasoning?"

• "What training do you think would be beneficial for Senior Lifeguards to receive for their development?"

The feedback from this survey will be used to help develop and improve future lifeguard training programs.
