Lifejacket Loaner Stations

Lifejacket Loaner Stations provide lifejackets for the public to borrow, at no cost, and then return after use. Lifejackets of all sizes are readily available - when and where they are needed most as well as Water Smart® public education.

The Lifesaving Society will work with communities and organizations to establish the Lifejacket Loaner Station program.

All donations directly support the expansion and improvement of programs and services throughout Alberta and the Northwest Territories. Financial contributions go towards increasing training accessibility, public education materials, Water Smart initiatives such as the Lifejacket Loaner Station program, and more. In addition to monetary donations, we warmly welcome "gifts in kind," such as lifejackets. These contributions support our public outreach programs, remove barriers to access, and bolster our public education programs
