New Manuals for Canadian Lifesaving Sport Competitions

Lifesaving Society Canada has just released two new Sport manuals to replace the 2019 Canadian Competition Manual. The standards outlined in these documents will be used at the upcoming Canadian Pool Lifesaving Championship in May, and the Canadian Surf Lifesaving Championships in August.

The Canadian Lifesaving Sport Competition Rulebook has been designed to be the Canadian authority for Lifesaving Sport in all events and competitions that are sanctioned by Lifesaving Society Canada.

The Sport Handbook specifically gives guidance and information for the Canadian Pool Lifesaving Championships (CPLC) and Canadian Surf Lifesaving Championships (CSLC) and will be updated annually.

If you are planning to attend these competitions as an athlete, coach, or official, we highly recommend viewing the documents via the links above, or on the Competition Manuals page.
