Water Smart® Innovation Grant

The Lifesaving Society Alberta and Northwest Territories Branch is pleased to launch the Water Smart® Innovation Grant

The Water Smart® Innovation Grant supports a Canada free from drowning. Up to $750 will be provided to support an individual with an innovative idea that will have a direct impact towards achieving this goal.

The project can take the form of (but is not limited to) a new initiative, event, project, product, training, equipment, resource, service, social media campaign, etc.

What's Covered?
The grant will provide up to $750 for a project that provides water safety information in an innovative method.

Who can apply?
Applicants must be a Lifesaving Society Member.

How to apply:
Applications for the grant will be made available on March 9th, 2020 on the Lifesaving Society website under the Water Smart section.

Application Details:
All grant applicants will be notified of their application status by email upon submission of their application. Applications will be accepted from March 9th until April 20th, 2020. Applicants will be notified on the receipt of their application at the time of submission and updated on their status when the grant is awarded at the end of April.
