Head Coaches: Don't Forget to Complete the Concussion Policy Check-In!
As a condition of being considered a club in good standing with the Lifesaving Society ABNWT, each club is required to share our Concussion Policy Resources with their athletes, parents/caregivers, officials, and coaches.
Once your club has completed the concussion education policy requirements, please let us know by filling out the Concussion Compliance Form.
Don't forget: you must submit this form for your club to be able to compete in any Lifesaving Sport competitions!
Thank you to all clubs who have already completed the form!
Lifesaving Sport Monthly Discussions and Q&A with Amy
Starting in October, we've been offering monthly webinars for our coaches and officials. In these informal sessions, you'll hear updates to ongoing Lifesaving Sport projects, and you'll have an opportunity to chat with our Lifesaving Sport Specialist, Amy Swedlo, about any difficulties or confusion you're having with the website, resources, or the season in general.
These webinars are completely optional and therefore won't be recorded, but you're welcome to attend as many as you'd like.
Thank you to everyone who attended our previous session on October 15! The next session is scheduled for November 19 from 2:30pm - 3:30pm, and you can register here!
