Please Submit Quarterly Statistics for January 1 - March 31, 2024
In order to track activity levels in programs without test sheets, we require our affiliate delivery partners to submit their programs statistics to us on a quarterly basis. Though we usually include a link to the submission form in each new edition of Ripples, in our Spring 2024 edition, we unfortunately did not include this section.
We sincerely apologize for this oversight on our part, and we ask that you please submit your Winter 2024 statistics (spanning January 1 - March 31, 2024) to us via the form linked below.
This form closes on July 31, 2024.
If you did not submit your statistics for the Fall 2023 period (October 1 - December 31, 2024) please contact MadisonL@Lifesaving.org.
You do not yet need to submit your statistics for the April 1 - June 30 period. We will include a submission form for those statistics in our upcoming Summer 2024 edition of Ripples.
