Call for Interest: AB/NWT Lifesaving Sport Athlete Representative

The Lifesaving Society Canada Sport Commission is looking for an athlete representative from each provincial and territorial Branch across the country. Working closely with the National Athlete Representative, this volunteer group will have the opportunity to speak on behalf of all athletes from their respective jurisdictions.

Why Join?

Have a voice representing the needs and wants of athletes from your province or territory at the community level.

Collaborate with other athletes from around the country.

Gain experience volunteering with the Lifesaving Society Branch and National organizations.

Qualifications

Must be a member in good standing with the Lifesaving Society Alberta and Northwest Territories Branch.

Must a registered and active Lifesaving Sport athlete who has previously attended a Canadian Pool Lifesaving Championships competition.

Must be an athlete who has not been named to the National team.

Please note that this is a Branch-appointed position.
